A trip to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (hlsr.com) is not complete without a stop at the Two Bar West booth. The Sabinal, Texas based duo behind the brand Two Bar West and SL McFadin are sisters who design and produce a collection of handmade in Texas handbags that have incurred a celebrity following from the likes of Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, Kate Hudson and the Kardashians. 

It's not the celebrity following that draws me to the brand, but the overall quality, originally and daring traits of these handbags. 

These bags are made for the Fearless Fashionista. 

• Fringes range in length from subtle to boldly long, giving it this swing that commands attention. 

• Some of the handbags have straps that are sold separately. The straps can be found in an assorted combination of textures, colors, studs and rhinestones.

• Southwestern textile look comes in various colors, prints and styles.

• Cow hair makes for a more opulent look. 

• Patches sewn on leather overnight bags gives it a sense of nostalgia for summer days at camp while studs give it a more grown up look.

• Studs embedded into a pattern give it a rockstar look.

Pictures of Taylor Swift and the Kardashian sisters are blown up all over the walls of a booth at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo retail section. My curiosity is peaked and I find myself gazing at the most incredible find of the year, handbags from Two Bar West! Studded, fringed, or partially covered with western style woven cloth, these buttery soft leather handbags are simply beautiful.
